How Zero Send works

ZEKILO Dev has no server program that receives your input. The site is made of static files only, and every format, decode, and convert step runs as JavaScript in this browser.

  • No request carries your input

Open the Network tab in your developer tools and paste a test string. The string does not appear in the URL or body of any request. The only new requests fetch the tool script, and analytics receives only the tool ID, the kind of action, an input size range, and an error code, never the input itself. Automated tests check the same thing in Chromium, Firefox, and WebKit.

  • Large input runs in a Web Worker

JSON or SQL over 64 KB is parsed in a Web Worker, so the page keeps responding. Regular expressions run in a dedicated Worker with a one-second limit, so a pattern with runaway backtracking cannot freeze the tab. A Worker is a separate thread in this same browser, not another computer.

  • Input is not stored

Your input and the result exist only in memory and are gone when you reload or close the tab. Browser storage keeps only option values such as indent size, your language choice, and the cookie notice confirmation. There are no accounts and no share links that hold input.

How your input is processed

  1. 1Paste or type
  2. 2Processed in this browser
  3. 3Copy the result

Why ZEKILO Dev?

  • Zero Send

Your input stays in this browser. It is not sent to a server or stored.

  • Instant

Results appear as you type. No button to press, no round trip.

  • Precise

Errors come with a line, a column, and a way to fix them. Behavior follows RFC 8259 (JSON), RFC 7519 (JWT), and RFC 4648 (Base64).
